Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in Melbourne, Australia.
What are your shipping charges within Australia?
We ship via Australia Post. The cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your cart. We have FREE shipping if your order value is over $60. Example shipping rates -
500g and under - $7.47
500g to 1kg - from $9.00 depending on postcode.
Over 1kg - FREE
Our heavier items will go over the $60 free shipping so you won't pay anything. Most smaller items like straws you can order multiple and if its under $60 it will be $7.47 as the weight is quite low on these.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have flat rate postage for the following countries -
New Zealand - $10
United States - $10
All orders including international are sent with tracking.
What currency is your pricing in?
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days from our warehouse.
Our estimated domestic delivery times are:
- Metropolitan VIC, NSW, QLD, SA is generally 3-7 working days.
- WA , TAS and all our rural customers please allow up to 14 days, however your order usually arrives in around 7 days.
United States and New Zealand orders usually take around 7-10 days from the time of shipping, you will receive a tracking number. Please note United States shipping costs are capped at $50. So no matter what you order you will never pay more than $50 shipping.
For the rest of the world please allow 10-21 days depending on where you are located.
How are our items packaged?
Our packaging uses ZERO plastic.
We utilize recyclable cardboard boxes and compostable satchels.
Fragile items may have some extra packaging material included, but where possible we will use recyclable and biodegradable items. If your item does include extra packaging we ask that you dispose of this thoughtfully or reuse/upcyle it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Shopify Pay and ZipPay.
For buyer in the USA we have Sezzle.
Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
No, we do not require you to make an account to purchase. You can simply checkout using your email address only.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we are able to wholesale some products from our range. CLICK HERE to view our wholesale application form. Please include as much detail as possible when completing the form.

We are always on the lookout for people to collaborate with and we review each and every application individually. Please include as much information as possible on the application.
I have a range of products that I think would compliment your range, are you interested in selling them on your site?
We are always on the lookout for new suppliers of products that will complement our existing range. We carefully screen all suppliers and have our own strict guidelines we ask our suppliers to adhere to in relation to product manufacturer and packaging.
