Yes! Activated Eco provides a Lifetime Guarantee on their pegs when used in normal domestic conditions. Our Lifetime Guarantee covers rust and damage from normal use. If you somehow manage to damage a peg simply send it back to us and we will replace it free of charge.
We only use 100% 316 marine grade stainless steel. Our pegs will never rust even in a coastal environment.
No! Due to the size of the stainless steel wire used they cannot absorb enough heat to get to a temperature that would be considered "hot"
Our warehouse is located in Melbourne in the suburb of Truganina.
We use Australia Post and ship from Melbourne so expect 7-10 days to get them anywhere in Australia. Melbourne can be a bit quicker depending on how busy Australia Post is.
