We are 100% Australian Family owned and operated business and our warehouse is located in Australia.
What are your shipping charges within Australia?
We ship via Australia Post. The cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of items in your cart.
We have flat rate shipping of $6.95 Australia Wide.
We have FREE shipping if your order value is over $45.
For Express service please choose Express Post at the checkout, the rate is automatically calculated.
Orders placed before Midday usually ship the same day excluding weekends.
If you're parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office and you would like us to redeliver it we ask that you cover the cost for re-delivery.
Please make sure to triple check your delivery address is entered correctly as we have no way to verify it and orders are sent to the exact address as entered.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note United States and New Zealand shipping costs are capped at $9.95.
All orders to New Zealand are sent by Express. Order over $80NZD are shipped free.
All orders including international are sent with tracking.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1-3 working days from our warehouse.
Our estimated domestic delivery times are:
- Metropolitan VIC, NSW, QLD, SA is generally 3-7 working days from the time of dispatch.
- WA , TA, NT and all our rural customers please allow up to 14 days, however your order usually arrives in around 7-10 days from dispatch.
United States orders usually take around 7-10 days from the time of shipping, you will receive a tracking number.
New Zealand orders are sent by Express Priority Mail from Australia and usually arrive within 4-7 days.
For the rest of the world please allow 10-21 days depending on where you are located.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes all our packages are sent via the Australia Post E-parcel system. This gives you full access to tracking updates. Once your order has been shipped you will receive and email with the tracking number and tracking link.
We also highly recommend installing the Australia Post app on your mobile device and signing up using the same email address you use to make your purchases. This is the best way to keep up to date on your parcels as you will receive any updates in real time right on your mobile! This will not only be a benefit when purchasing from Activated Eco, but from any other online retailer who uses the E-parcel system.
How are our items packaged?
Our packaging uses ZERO plastic!
We utilize recyclable cardboard boxes and compostable mailing satchels.
ZERO WASTE MAILERS
Some of our orders are shipped in compostable mailing satchels. These are plant-based, made from Cassava roots and cornstarch. They break down in a compostable environment (worms love them!) and leave zero chemical residue!
